:: back pain
For three weeks now I've been struggling with my back, though I don't know why. It started on a Tuesday evening, after having brushed my teeth at the sink. Did I bend over to far to wash my hands etc in the very low sink, or did I sit down on the couch wrongly after going downstairs? No idea.
The next Wednesday, I did my CBT test and had enormous difficulty lifting a light bike or scooter off its feet - apologising for my complete lack of strength. It's gotten a bit worse since then. I sometimes feel as though my right leg is pointing out, or the other way around - and I have no strength whatsoever in my lower spine. It's at its worst when I just come off the bus, the cramping seats possibly another suspect. I can barely walk to to the office these days. It's not a problem getting out of bed and out the house though, and after a bit of stretching things seem to improve.
Thankfully, I have a physio appointment tomorrow. Fingers crossed she'll find what's wrong and can fix it without a referral to the doctor.
